Antisemitism Co-lab

A two-day Co-Lab bringing together organisations, funders and experts to set shared priorities, foster partnerships and operationalise a coordinated approach.

The Dor Foundation, together with Australian Jewish Funders, brought together more than 180 leaders and philanthropists from over 80 organisations for the 2025 Antisemitism Co-Lab.

Designed as a working convention rather than a traditional conference, the Co-Lab focused on strengthening the community’s collective response through evidence, alignment and shared responsibility.

The program was structured around Dor’s framework for action, mapping where antisemitism presents, how it can be countered, and the critical enablers required to succeed. Panels and facilitated breakout sessions were dedicated to each domain and tactic, enabling participants to move from shared understanding to practical problem-solving across education, digital media, civil society and institutions.

Professor Jennifer Westacott AC, Guardian of the Dor Foundation and Chancellor of Western Sydney University, delivered a keynote that set the tone for the Co-Lab, reflecting on leadership, responsibility and the role of institutions in confronting antisemitism.

Throughout the two days, organisations worked side by side to test assumptions, identify gaps and reduce duplication. The emphasis was on long-term impact rather than short-term response, and on contribution rather than visibility.

These two days demonstrated what becomes possible when the ecosystem is aligned to evidence and shared purpose. No single organisation can solve this challenge alone, but together, meaningful and generational change is possible.

“Today is not a day to lament what we have lost over the last two and a bit years, but it’s actually to celebrate what we have found - a new sense of meaning and purpose.

We have a long road ahead, but we have many allies, millions of them across the Australian community and indeed across the world. So working together, we can make a real difference.”
